Wednesday 25th January 2012: DECC have announced their plans to appeal to the Supreme Court, after the Court of Appeal upheld the High Court�s ruling that cuts to the FIT rate were unlawful. Until an official announcement is made by DECC, the FIT rate is guaranteed to be at least 21p for Solar Panels installed before April 2012. This is also the amount that utility companies have confirmed that they will pay. Read More.
